Files and papers do the vanishing trick - always !!

Whenever there is a big scam a number of things happen, like, 
- Politicians make 'no comment' statements
- They say it is a "conspiracy" 
- In the end, files get lost !
(I shall be putting together all the information about missing files today, in the past and when new scams happen I shall put it here!)

KHAR GYMKHANA , MUMBAI - 2000 PLUS APPLICATION FORMS MISSING

This swank club in Mumbai seems to be following the corrupt path and example set by government. About 2366 application forms are missing particularly pertaining to members who have been granted membership but may be through dubious proceedings.
